By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or placing an order at SillyGoatsSoap.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information
Silly Goats Soap Company operates SillyGoatsSoap.com and offers handcrafted soaps, lotions, skincare products, and related merchandise.
We reserve the right to update our product offerings, pricing, website content, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes to these terms will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms governing orders already placed.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, and pricing. However, occasional errors may occur.
2. Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, texture, weight, and fragrance may occur between batches.
These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
3. Product Ingredients & Skin Sensitivities
We encourage customers to carefully review product ingredients before purchasing, particularly if they have known allergies or skin sensitivities.
Individual skin reactions and experiences may vary.
We recommend testing a small amount of a new skincare product on a limited area of skin before regular use.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment is required when an order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors, contact customers regarding affected orders, and cancel orders when necessary. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of our website terms, subject to applicable law.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased merchandise, whether opened or unopened, except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Fragrance & Personal Preferences
Fragrance preferences, product texture, and how skincare products feel on the skin vary from person to person.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based solely on fragrance preferences, product texture, or personal dissatisfaction when the product meets our established quality standards.
We encourage customers trying a new product or fragrance to purchase the smallest available size.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chris@sillygoatssoap.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when applicable.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund for verified problems at no additional cost to you.
The 7-day notification period helps us investigate problems promptly and does not limit any rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment by contacting us promptly.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If we approve a cancellation before shipment, we will refund the canceled order to the original payment method.
Custom & Wholesale Orders
All custom, bulk, private-label, and wholesale orders are final.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be addressed according to this policy, any applicable written wholesale agreement, and applicable law.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We carefully package and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Our normal processing time is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and postal holidays.
Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and postal service conditions. USPS delivery commonly takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, this does not eliminate any responsibility we may have under applicable law for delivering purchased merchandise.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be reshipped.
7. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Certificates
Promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to the conditions stated with each promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Free shipping promotions apply only when the qualifying order requirements are met, including any minimum purchase amount calculated after applicable discounts.
Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to applicable terms and laws, including any restrictions on expiration dates or fees.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers prospectively.
8. Wholesale & Private-Label Purchases
Wholesale purchases are subject to our established wholesale program requirements.
Wholesale customers must be approved before receiving wholesale pricing.
Our standard minimum wholesale order is $150.
Wholesale products are intended primarily for resale through approved brick-and-mortar retail locations and other expressly authorized sales channels.
Online resale requires prior written authorization from Silly Goats Soap Company.
Private-label and custom orders may be subject to additional production requirements, minimum quantities, labeling specifications, and written agreements.
9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All original website content, including product photographs, descriptions, written materials, logos, graphics, and branding, belongs to Silly Goats Soap Company or its respective licensors unless otherwise indicated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
The Silly Goats Soap Company name and associated branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
